Our Cabin :)

Again, So sorry it has been so long since I have updated :) Life is busy to say the least!!

We had been thinking about building a small building to live in, on our place until we save up the money to start a house, and then this came up! A small one room cabin, perfect for the 2 of us to live in for a while. We are planning on adding a room to the back for a bedroom. I put up the pictures of it emptied out before we moved it back, and I will add some more pictures when I get everything organized and cleaned up!!

Prayer Request! :)

As many of you already know, some don't, Jake & I have been praying about adopting a baby for a long time. We feel like the Lord is leading us in that direction even farther at this time in our life! We have started the process of trying to get a house approved for the states laws and regulations and hopefully by the spring, we can start the paperwork process.
The Lord has brought a friend, Megan, through my Cousin Lori, into our lives. She has been an amazing shoulder to lean on and give us some extremely helpful hints and tips. Its so nice having someone thats already been through the process several times, kind of guiding us through the seemingly "scary" first steps".

Please continue to pray for us as we seek the Lord through this process! I wish we could skip the paperwork and everything else, and sometimes I get so impatient lol! Can't wait to hold a little baby in our arms, our very own baby!!

Been too long!!

So, it as been way too long since I have done an update!! :/
Life in TN has been amazing! Gods beauty shines every way you turn... Since fall has really started to set in, and the colors have started to change, it's so awesome to see!!! I am posting a bunch of random pictures, not really of anything in specific. I'm hoping that since life has slowed down a little, I will be able to keep you updated more often.

Jake has a creek along the back side of his property and, needless to say, it's beautiful! I took a few pictures on my phone the other morning while I was taking a walk :) I am going to try to get Sarah with her nice camera to get some good pictures with the sun coming through the trees then I will post them! :) \
